Return & Refund Policy

At HomesCulture, all the products will go through quality check to make sure it is up to our standards before we deliver it to you, so defects are rare. We will ensure all the items are packed and wrapped safely and accordingly. It’s also very important that you inspect your product upon delivery and inform us should the package or product received not in good condition within 48hrs after receive the items.

 

Noted that there is No Warranty for Glass or Ceramic items. We're not going to bear all the damage done and caused by Courier Services. We only accept the return or refund should the items have defect or wrongly send by us. But not to worry you can trust on how well we handle the packaging and see our good rating via our other socmed store such as in Instagram or Shopee.

 

Kindly noted also the returned goods or products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. HomesCulture will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 5-7 days after the confirmation.
